Your whole week of posting, in one calendar.

Write it once, send it everywhere, answer every reply in one place.

PostEase: a scheduler and social inbox for every channel.

Each platform goes live as its app review clears.

Three fragments of the product: a week of scheduled posts, the caption check, and one person's comment and DM together.

Friday is still a draft. A week you can see is a week you can fix.

How it works

  1. Connect every account you run

Two channels or twenty. The price is the same either way.

    • InstagramConnected
    • YouTubeConnected
    • LinkedInConnected
  2. Write it once

One caption for all of them, and nothing goes out too long for where it is going.

    • X303 / 280

      Over by 23

    • LinkedIn303 / 3,000

      Fits

  3. Answer everyone in one place

Every comment and DM, from every channel, under the person who sent it.

    • The link in the caption 404s.

Comment on “Three things we got wrong” · 08:55 · unread

Write the post once, not five times.

Pick the accounts and write one caption. That is the whole job.

Typing changes every count at once. Nothing is truncated and typing is never blocked. The post is held back from scheduling instead.

Then it goes out without you.

A week you can see all at once, instead of a week you are trying to remember.

Sample data. Thursday is still a draft and Friday is empty, which is what most weeks look like before you fix them.

And the replies come back to one place.

Nine sets of notifications become one list, sorted by the person who wrote to you.

We moved nine channels over last month. The calendar alone was worth it.

One plan. It doesn't count your channels.

Billed monthly, in US dollars. Cancel from inside the product, without writing to anyone.

Solo

$12 per month

One person running every channel.

  • Connect every channel you have, no limit
  • Schedule as many posts as you want
  • Per-platform preview before anything goes out
  • Inbox threaded by person, comments and DMs split
  • Native platform metrics, passed through
  • Invite teammates into the workspace, no per-seat price

YouTube, X, LinkedIn (personal profile), Pinterest, Bluesky, and WordPress publishing are live today; Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Threads are pending each platform's own API approval. Post-level video analytics is being built and is not in the product yet. The full pricing table names both, so nobody signs up expecting more than is there.

The schedulers we checked cap their entry plan by the channel.

Entry plans are capped where a one-person marketing team actually lives. Six to ten channels puts you on a plan priced for a team you do not have.

Hootsuite Standard10 social accounts

Loomly Starter12 social accounts
Vista Social Professional15 social profiles

And 13 more schedulers, every one capped by the channel.

Competitor figures are their published caps on the entry plan, read from their own pricing pages between 2026-08-31 and 2026-09-02. Bars are drawn to scale.

Questions

Direct answers, not a repeat of the sections above.

What happens if a scheduled post fails to publish?

It sorts above every other post in its day on the calendar, regardless of what time it was scheduled for, so a failure is the first thing you see rather than something you find days later.

What happens when a platform's connection token expires?

The channels screen marks it directly, so you find out there, not from a post that silently didn't go out.

Does the composer check character limits before I schedule?

Yes. Toggling a channel changes what the caption is measured against. X cuts off at 280 characters, and the composer says so before you schedule, not after.

Is there a limit on how many channels I can connect?

No. Every channel you have is included, and adding another does not change the price.
