Volume alone does not buy more reach
Each post is judged largely on its own, by watch time, likes relative to reach, and sends relative to reach. Posting more often does not directly increase distribution. It creates more individual chances to earn genuine engagement, or not.
A realistic starting cadence
A few feed posts a week, alongside more frequent, lower-effort Stories, strikes a workable balance for most accounts. Frequent enough to stay visible, without stretching quality past what a small team can sustain.
Let engagement, not a fixed number, set the real pace
If a given frequency is producing genuine watch time, saves, and sends, that pace is working. If engagement per post declines as frequency increases, that is a more reliable signal to slow down than any generic "post X times a week" rule.
