A reasonable mix for most accounts:

• A recurring "here is what I think about X" opinion pillar
• A running behind-the-scenes thread about ongoing work
• A regular question aimed directly at your audience
• A recap or reflection pillar: what you learned this week, in your own words

Keep pillars loose enough to write in the moment

Because Threads rewards a genuine, in-the-moment voice, a pillar here works better as a loose category to draw from than a tightly scripted format planned word-for-word in advance. The pillar sets the direction; the actual post gets written close to when it goes out.
