PostEaseHow to delete a workspace or your account
Both are permanent, both ask you to type the name to confirm, and both cancel billing and erase media. Here is exactly what each one removes.

1. Deleting a workspace
Settings, then Workspace, then Delete workspace. Only the workspace owner can do it. The confirmation counts the scheduled posts, connected channels, and media files that go with it, and asks you to type the workspace name.
2. What is removed
Every post and its publish history, every connected channel and its stored tokens, uploaded media, inbox messages, repeating rules, the link-in-bio page, webhooks, API tokens, and automations. The Stripe subscription is cancelled first; if that fails, nothing is deleted.
3. Deleting your account
Settings, then Workspace, then Delete account, confirmed by typing your email. Workspaces you own alone are deleted with everything in them; shared workspaces only lose your membership. If you own a workspace that still has other members, the deletion stops and names it. Delete that workspace or remove its members first.
4. Platforms may still list PostEase
Deleting removes the tokens PostEase holds, and revokes access at YouTube, X, and Bluesky where a channel is disconnected first. Other platforms keep PostEase under your connected apps until you remove it there.
