How to disconnect a channel
Remove a connected account from a workspace: what happens to the posts scheduled to it, and where PostEase can revoke its own access versus where you remove it yourself.

1. Where the action is
Channels, then Disconnect on the row. A confirmation names how many scheduled posts target that channel before anything happens.
2. What happens to scheduled posts
Posts lose that channel. A post with no other channel left becomes a draft and keeps its date and time, so adding a channel back is a one-field edit rather than starting over. Inbox messages and automations for the channel are removed.
3. Where access is revoked for you
YouTube, X, and Bluesky publish a revocation endpoint, so PostEase tells them to revoke its access as part of disconnecting. The notice on the Channels page says whether the platform confirmed it.
4. Where you remove it yourself
LinkedIn, Pinterest, and WordPress offer no way for an app to revoke its own access with the credentials PostEase holds. The stored token is deleted here; remove PostEase under that platform’s connected apps, or delete the application password on your WordPress site, to withdraw access there too.

How to connect PostEase to Zapier or Make
Every publish can POST a signed payload to a Zapier Catch Hook or a Make custom webhook, carrying the caption, the account and a link to the live post. No app listing needed, and you can send a test event to map the fields.
Connecting PostEase to the rest of your stack
The outbound webhook, Zapier and Make, importing a calendar from another scheduler, and the browser extension are one integration surface, not four separate things to discover on your own.
Adding alt text to the images you schedule
One field in the composer, sent to X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Bluesky with the image. What it is for, what the 500-character cap comes from, and why video is left out.
How to set your workspace timezone
Every time you see or type in PostEase is in one zone chosen for the workspace, not your browser’s. Posts already scheduled keep their exact time when you change it.
Leave a platform as cleanly as you joined it.
Every channel you have, included. Adding another does not change the price.
