Managing multiple brands, each its own workspace

Switching is instant from a dropdown, but every workspace is its own trial and its own bill, not a shared plan across brands.

1. Create a workspace, switch with one click

The workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar lists every workspace you belong to. Creating another asks for a name only. No separate signup, no separate login. Switching sets which one you're looking at; it doesn't log you out of the others.

2. Each workspace is a clean slate

Channels, the calendar, the inbox, and posting history are all scoped to the workspace you're currently in. Connecting a channel in one brand's workspace doesn't make it available in another. You connect it again, per workspace, on purpose.

3. Each one is its own trial, and its own bill

A new workspace starts its own 14-day trial the moment it's created, on its own clock rather than one shared with your other workspaces. Once a trial ends, each workspace needs its own subscription. Run 3 brands through PostEase and that's 3 trials and, eventually, 3 bills, not one plan stretched across all of them.

4. This isn't for sharing a workspace with a teammate

Every workspace starts with the account that created it, and you can invite teammates into it from Settings, then Members. This guide is about one person running more than one brand, not about sharing one workspace.

5. Even the same card gets billed as two separate customers

Stripe customer records live on the workspace, not on your login. Checking out with the same email and the same card for two workspaces produces two separate receipts, not one account with two subscriptions on it.

Run one brand or several.

Every channel you have, included. Adding another does not change the price.
