Saving a draft vs. scheduling a post

A draft needs a caption and a channel. Scheduling adds one rule: the time has to be at least five minutes from now.

1. Both need a caption and a channel

A blank caption or no channel selected blocks either action. There's no such thing as a completely empty draft.

2. A draft doesn't need a date or time at all

Save it with nothing decided about when it goes out. Scheduling is the only action that asks for a time.

3. Scheduling adds one rule: at least five minutes out

Pick a time in the past, or less than five minutes from now, and scheduling is blocked with the reason stated plainly, never a silent rejection.

Draft now, decide the timing later.

Every channel you have, included. Adding another does not change the price.
