Posting only static images, no video
Since video, and Reels specifically, carries real weight in the current feed, a Page relying entirely on static photo posts is leaving meaningful reach on the table. It does not need to be elaborate. Even a short phone-shot clip earns a structural advantage over another photo.
Reposting content with no real involvement
Content a Page had no real hand in creating, reposted with no added context or value, tends to be pushed down in favor of original content, as part of a broader effort to keep low-effort content out of the feed.
A caption that gives nobody a reason to share it
Since a private share carries unusual weight, a caption that never gives a reader a reason to think of a specific friend and send it their way misses one of the strongest available signals. Worth writing at least some captions specifically with that in mind.
An incomplete Page profile
A Page missing hours, a clear description, or a working contact option undercuts every post pointing back to it. Someone who does click through finds an unfinished profile instead of a reason to trust the business.
