Formats that tend to earn a comment, not just a like
A direct question, a genuine either/or choice, or a "fill in the blank" post invites a reply in a way a plain announcement does not. Replies are a stronger signal than a like on most platforms, Facebook included.
- A specific question tied to your actual work, not a generic icebreaker
- A short poll or either/or choice relevant to your audience
- A "caption this" or "finish this sentence" prompt
Formats built around video
Facebook's feed and Reels both favor video that holds attention through a meaningful portion of its length, so a short behind-the-scenes clip, a quick how-to, or a customer moment tends to outperform a static image announcement of the same information.
Formats that reuse work you already did
If nothing new is ready, look backward before assuming you need to create from scratch:
- Resurface a post from months ago that performed well, with a fresh intro line
- Turn a customer question you answered once into a standalone post
- Pull one strong clip out of a longer video posted elsewhere
