How to invite a teammate to your workspace
Invite by email from Settings, then Members. They sign in with that address and the workspace appears. What members can do, and what only the owner can.
where this happens in the app

1. Where to invite
Settings, then Members, then Invite someone. Enter their email address and send. They appear under Pending invitations until they accept; the invitation works for 7 days.
2. How they accept
The email has one link. They sign in with the invited address, or create an account with it, and the workspace appears in their workspace switcher. A link opened while signed in to a different address is refused and says so.
3. Members and owners
A member can connect channels, schedule, and reply in the inbox. Only the owner can remove members, hand over ownership, or delete the workspace; workspace settings such as the timezone are shared by every member. Every plan includes members; there is no per-seat price.
4. Leaving, removing, handing over
A member can leave from the Members page; the owner can remove a member or make another member the owner. Posts a person scheduled and channels they connected stay in the workspace either way.
