PostEase is provided by Wha-in C&B Inc. (주식회사 화인씨엔비) ("we"). These terms are an agreement between you and Wha-in C&B Inc. (주식회사 화인씨엔비). By creating an account or continuing to use PostEase, you agree to them.
Using the service
PostEase is a scheduler and inbox for the social channels you connect. You are responsible for the content you schedule and publish through it, and for making sure it follows each platform's own rules.
You may not use the service for anything unlawful, to send spam or commit fraud, to infringe anyone’s intellectual property, or to interfere with its security, including uploading malware, probing for weaknesses or scraping it.
Your account and your content
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. The posts, media and brand material you add stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and publish them only as needed to run the service for you.
We own PostEase itself, its software and its design, and these terms do not transfer any of it to you.
AI features and the media you edit
Some features write or edit with AI: post ideas, captions, the agent, voiceovers and captions in Studio. You are responsible for what you ask them for, for having the rights to the material you give them, and for checking what they produce before you publish it. AI output can be wrong; do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
You may not use these features, or Studio, to make content that is illegal, sexual content involving anyone without their consent, deceptive impersonations or deepfakes of real people, hate or harassment, malware, or personal information about others, or to get around the limits we put on them. We may refuse a request or remove content that breaks these rules.
What you make belongs to you, to the extent the law allows, and you are responsible for the rights in everything you upload and edit. If you believe something made or shared with PostEase infringes your rights, write to us at the address below and we will look into it. We close the accounts of people who infringe repeatedly.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, handles payment, invoices and sales tax, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase.
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year, at the price shown when you subscribed plus any sales tax or VAT, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Billing inside the app; your plan keeps working until the end of the period already paid for.
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of any payment. Our refund policy explains how.
Connected platforms
Connecting a third-party platform (YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, Bluesky, and others as they become available) is also subject to that platform's own terms of service. PostEase is not responsible for changes a platform makes to its own API, policies, or availability.
Availability
We work to keep PostEase running and your posts going out on time, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms or a connected platform’s terms, for non-payment, or where it puts the security of the service or other people at risk.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of PostEase after an update means you accept the revised terms.
