A webhook fires on every publish
On the Pro plan: Settings, then Developer, then set a URL. From then on, every published post sends a signed POST there — one per channel, since each publishes independently and can fail on its own. The body carries the caption, the account, and a link to the live post. A Send a test event button delivers the real shape before anything is scheduled, and the page shows the last delivery's status.
Zapier and Make read that same webhook
Neither directory lists a PostEase app yet, so this is the path either way: paste the webhook URL from Settings, then Developer into a Catch Hook (Zapier) or a Custom webhook (Make), then send a test event so the automation can map the fields.
Bring your calendar with you
Export a CSV from Metricool or Hootsuite and PostEase maps the columns, so your next two weeks land on the calendar as drafts before every channel is even reconnected. This works on every plan. Buffer’s export covers only published posts, and Later has none; the guide covers both. A separate importer on the Pro plan bulk-schedules a month of new posts from a plain CSV.
Save a page while you browse
A browser extension turns any page into a draft in your calendar. It signs in with an API token, so it needs the Pro plan. Manual install for now, since it is not yet listed on the Chrome Web Store; the guide covers that step.
